My mother used to say that Christmas was when family could get together. Last night was Christmas #1 for us because we could get together with Rob & Crystal & the kids. We had a good meal and we had fun opening gifts, playing, reading, snacking ... all the usual family Christmas activities.
Finn stayed home with his dog sitter/house sitter so he is getting a break from us and having his own happy, doggy holiday.

Rob is our hero as he drove us to the airport at 4 this morning so we could catch our flight to Vancouver Island.
